We begin by opening ourselves to the guidance of the real director, the Holy Spirit. As you share whatever is on your heart, I listen to your sacred story and how God is intertwined within it. My goal is to help you discern what God is saying to you through questions and observations. We always close our time together in prayer. Sessions last about one hour. Typically meeting once per month, we build on each session towards a deeper understanding of your spiritual journey and growth towards a deepened walk with God. Rest assured that our sessions are completely confidential. You are in a safe space. In-person, socially distanced meetings are preferred, but virtual or phone sessions are also an option.
